Delete your Ordafy account

Ordafy Limited operates the Ordafy platform—this site (ordafy.com), Ordafy Shop, Ordafy Business, Ordafy Pay, Eventiry, Support Hubs, and shared authentication where you use a single Ordafy account. You can request permanent deletion of your account and associated personal data using the steps below. This page summarises the process; our Privacy Policy describes your rights and retention in more detail.
How to request account deletion
- Ordafy Shop (web or app): Sign in at your Shop site, open your account, profile, or settings, then use the delete account or data options if shown. If you cannot find them, email us (see below) from the address on your account.
- Ordafy Business (web or mobile): Sign in to the Business dashboard or app, go to profile or organisation settings, then account or security, and follow the steps to request deletion.
- Ordafy Pay: Sign in at Pay, open settings or account, and use the account deletion or closure flow where available.
- Eventiry: In the Eventiry app (iOS or Android), use Profile or Settings and the delete-account or account-and-security flow. On the web, sign in at eventiry.com, then account or dashboard settings. Eventiry may publish additional steps on its own help or legal pages.
- Support Hubs: Sign in at Support Hubs, open your organisation or account settings, and request deletion through the options provided.
- Shared Ordafy sign-in: If you manage your identity through our auth service, sign in at your sign-in URL and use account or security settings to start deletion, where available.
- This website (ordafy.com): If you only have a marketing or contact relationship with us through ordafy.com, use the contact or settings path offered on the site, or email us (see below).
- By email: Send a request to info@ordafy.com from the email address linked to your account. Put Delete my account in the subject line and tell us which product you use (Shop, Business, Pay, Eventiry, Support Hubs, etc.). We will verify ownership and process your request.
Before we complete deletion, you may need to resolve outstanding items—for example: transfer or close an organisation you own, cancel or end active listings, fulfil or cancel open orders or bookings, settle payouts, or disconnect integrations. We will tell you if any steps are required.
What we delete
When your account is deleted, we permanently delete or anonymise, subject to the exceptions below:
- Your profile information (name, email, phone, avatar, preferences)
- Your account credentials and authentication data, where no legal obligation requires otherwise
- Business content tied to your account (e.g. shop listings, service offerings, payment links, events or tickets you published as an organiser), after any required cancellations or handovers
- Your personal copy of order, booking, and transaction history in customer-facing systems; underlying transaction records may be retained in anonymised or aggregated form where the law requires
- Messages, reviews, and other content you created, where deletion is technically and legally feasible
What we may keep
We may retain certain data for longer where required by law or for legitimate purposes:
- Legal and tax: Transaction, invoice, and payout records as required for tax, accounting, or regulatory obligations (often up to several years, depending on your jurisdiction).
- Disputes and safety: Information needed to handle disputes, chargebacks, fraud investigations, or legal claims.
- Backups: Data in backup systems may persist for a limited period (for example up to 90 days) before being overwritten.
Retained data is kept only as long as necessary and is not used for marketing or non-essential purposes. See our Privacy Policy for more detail.
How long deletion takes
We aim to process deletion requests within 30 days. You will receive confirmation when your account and associated personal data have been deleted or anonymised in our live systems. Backup copies may take up to an additional 90 days to be overwritten.
