Read Your Sales and Performance

Use Business insights and reports to see what sold, which products or bookings are busy, and where to act next.

In a nutshell

Follow the steps below. Use On this page to jump between sections.

Start with a business question

Useful reporting starts with a decision: what to restock, which service needs more availability, or whether a promotion earned its keep. Choose a date range that matches the question.

Step 1: Review the overview

  1. Open Home for a quick view of current activity.
  2. Open Finances, then Analytics, for trends and comparisons.
  3. Use the same date range whenever you compare two figures.

Step 2: Dig into the detail

  • For product demand, open Catalogue, then Orders.
  • For appointment demand, open Bookings.
  • For in-person sales, open Tools, then POS.
  • For customer history, open People, then Customers.

Step 3: Use reports for regular reviews

Open Finances, then Reports, when you need a structured view or export. Keep customer data secure and only share it with people who need it.

Step 4: Act on what you see

Restock strong sellers, improve weak listing photos, adjust appointment availability, or test one well-defined promotion. Review again after enough time has passed to see a real result.

Frequently asked questions

Why don’t sales and payouts match exactly?

Sales may show gross customer activity, while payouts reflect fees, refunds, disputes, pending funds, and the provider’s settlement schedule.

Who should see reports?

Owners, Admins, and Finance team members usually need the broadest financial view. Give Members, Viewers, and Sales only the access needed for their work.
