Introduction
Ordafy supports both product sales and service bookings. This guide focuses on the service flow: creating a listing, setting availability, and managing incoming bookings.
Step 1: Set Up Your Business Account
Sign in to your Ordafy Business workspace and make sure your organization profile is complete before creating listings.
- Confirm your organization details
- Set contact information and service location/coverage
- Review payout setup and required verification steps
Step 2: Create Your Service Listing
In Business, open Services and create a new listing. Add:
- Basic details: Title, clear description, and service category
- Delivery model: In-person, remote, or hybrid
- Availability rules: Slots, lead times, blackout dates
- Pricing: Fixed, hourly, package, or tiered options
- Media: Cover image and optional gallery
