Take Questions and Follow Up in Leads
Collect questions from your storefront, website, payment links, and walk-ins — then follow up from Leads.
In a nutshell
What a lead is
A lead is someone who has shown interest but has not bought yet. Ordafy keeps them under People, in Leads, so you can follow up, set reminders, and turn them into customers when they are ready.
Where questions come from
- Ask a question on your Ordafy storefront or listing pages.
- A question widget on your own website (Settings → Website & integrations).
- Payment links when someone asks before paying.
- Walk-ins and manual adds from the Leads screen on web or mobile.
Step 1: Keep questions on
In Ordafy Business, open Settings → Website & integrations. Leave Let visitors ask a question on unless you prefer not to collect website questions. Copy the embed code for the question widget if you want it on your site.
Step 2: Work your list
- Open People, then Leads.
- Filter by stage, overdue follow-ups, or leads assigned to you.
- Open a lead to call, email, update the stage, or set the next reminder.
Step 3: Act on several at once
Select leads to change stage, set a follow-up, convert, or mark as lost. Use the same actions from the menu on a single lead.
Step 4: When they buy
When someone becomes a customer, attendee, or hirer, convert the lead so your People lists stay accurate. Prefer Mark as lost when the conversation simply did not go ahead.
Frequently asked questions
Do open leads count on my plan?
Yes. Open leads count toward your plan. Closing won or lost leads frees space. See Pricing and your Billing screen.
Can my team share the same list?
Yes, with the right permissions. Assign owners and use the Mine filter to focus on your follow-ups.
