Payouts are processed after your product or service period and a short refund window, directly to your connected Stripe account. You can then withdraw to your bank. Stripe may charge withdrawal fees—visible in your Stripe dashboard.
Ordafy does not charge businesses to use the platform. Service fees apply only to transactions—when customers place product orders or book services. Payment processing is included in those fees.
The price you set is what the customer pays. We do not add any fee on top. Our fees (processing and, when you sell via Ordafy, marketplace commission) are deducted from your payout, so there is no separate fee line at checkout.
We accept major credit and debit cards and digital wallets through Stripe. Customers pay at checkout; you receive payouts to your connected Stripe account.
Processing: 1.75% + $0.3 per transaction. When the booking comes via the Ordafy marketplace, a 1.2% marketplace commission also applies. These are deducted from the provider's payout. Customers pay the price the provider sets.
