Service & Product Widgets for Marketing Campaigns

Use service- and product-level widgets (and variants) in ads, email, and landing pages for higher conversion than full-catalog embeds.

Why campaign-level widgets convert better

A business widget shows your full catalog — great for a homepage. A service or product widget lands the customer directly in checkout or booking with no browsing step. Use these for paid ads, seasonal promos, and partner landing pages.

Example campaigns

  • Salon: Facebook ad → “Bridal makeup package” → data-type="service" data-id="bridal-makeup"
  • Fitness coach: Landing page → “12-week weight loss” → service widget with package variants
  • Restaurant: Father’s Day email → product widget for the special meal SKU
  • Retail: Influencer link → protein powder product widget with size/flavour pickers

Service variants in campaigns

Configure variants in Ordafy Business (Services → Variants):

  • Standard / Premium / Senior stylist
  • 30 min / 60 min durations
  • 1 session / 5-session bundle

The service widget shows a picker when you have 2+ variants, then date → time → book. Single-variant services skip the picker.

Product variants in campaigns

Set up ProductVariant rows with options (e.g. size: 1kg, flavor: Chocolate). The product widget groups dimensions and disables out-of-stock combinations.

Workflow: ad → Ordafy → conversion

  1. Create or select the service/product in Business.
  2. Share → copy campaign link or embed code.
  3. For ads: use the service/product URL as the ad destination, or embed on a dedicated landing page on your domain.
  4. Match ad copy to the widget title (same service name and price tier).
  5. Track performance in Ordafy Analytics (widget load, booking started, order completed).

UTM and tracking (optional)

Append UTM parameters to share links for Google Analytics:

Hosted Ordafy pages preserve query strings through checkout where configured.

Multi-item campaigns

Use cart widgets (data-type="cart") for multiple products in one checkout, or add several services in one appointment from the service widget. For a services-only or products-only menu on your site, use data-type="services" or data-type="products" with your organization slug.
